There are many sensors on the car, and the car is also working with the help of sensors. The signals detected by the sensors are fed back to the car computer, and the corresponding components are controlled by the computer. If the sensor is damaged, the corresponding components can not work normally, and the car can not be used normally.
There are many automobile sensors, which can be divided into two categories: environmental monitoring and vehicle body recognition. Environmental monitoring sensors are used to detect and recognize the surrounding environment, and are necessary sensors to complete unmanned driving; The vehicle body cognitive sensor is used to obtain the information content of the vehicle body, such as tire pressure, steam pressure, speed, etc. it is an essential basic sensor to keep the vehicle running normally, smoothly and safely.
Key sensors include: total gas flow sensor, ABS sensor, throttle position sensor, temperature sensor, engine camshaft position sensor, engine crankshaft position sensor, speed sensor, engine knock sensor and oxygen sensor. Total gas flow sensor
The total gas flow sensor accurately measures the amount of gas sucked in by the automobile engine, and converts it into an electrical signal to give it to the ECU as a standard signal for the time of the oil pump;
ABS sensor
The ABS sensor is generally located at the position of the tire close to the rolling bearing, outside the wheel hub bearing and in the inner hole of the brake pad. It is used to monitor the speed per hour. In case of emergency braking, it feeds back the rotation information of the wheel to the brake system, and the brake system controls the restrained rotation of the wheel to achieve the best practical effect of the brake pedal;
Throttle position sensor
The throttle position sensor is installed on the throttle valve to check the opening degree of the throttle valve. It is linked with the throttle valve according to the lever structure, accurately measures the angle of view working voltage signal of the throttle valve opening, and transmits the signal to the ECU as a standard signal for the adjustment of the ignition advance angle and the ignition advance angle;
Engine camshaft position sensor
A signal to the standard part of the crankshaft corner of the engine as the main control signal for the timing control of the oil pump engine and the ignition timing control;
Engine crankshaft position sensor
Check the bottom dead center signal, engine crankshaft corner signal and vehicle speed signal, and give them to ECU as standard signals to clarify ignition timing, oil pump engine timing and working sequence;
Speed sensor
Check the traveling speed of the vehicle and give the speed signal per hour to the ECU for constant speed cruise control and speed limit flameout control, which are also the main control signals of the automatic transmission;
Engine knock sensor
Inspect the vibration condition of the engine oil pan for the electronic device controller to identify the knock working condition of the engine. When the engine knocks, the vibration of the automobile engine is transmitted to the crystal according to the mass in the sensor. Because of the working pressure caused by the vibration of the mass, the piezoelectric crystal generates the working voltage on the two polar surfaces, and converts the vibration into the working voltage signal for output.
